Founders’ Hall – Canada’s Birthplace Pavilion, is located on the Historic Charlottetown Waterfront. The state of the art heritage attraction interprets the history of Canada from 1864 up until present day. In a continuing effort to increase customer satisfaction, a detailed reported is completed annually. Feedback received from Customer Comment Cards is the basis for this research. Highlights of Customer Comment Cards: 97% of visitors to Founders' Hall rated it as "Excellent", "Very Good" or "Good" 78% rated the value for money as being either "Excellent" or "Very Good". 97% said they would recommend Founders’ Hall to their family and friends. Reasons for the high level of satisfaction, indicated by the numbers, were expressed in the comments. People stated they appreciated the educational and historical facts being presented in such an entertaining way. Wow!! Very impressive, excellent presentation and a great way to learn. The 6th grade curriculum in the USA emphasizes Canada. This could be a great field trip. We had received exceptional service today from the hostess and the admissions lady.
