Delegates can experience the Confederation Story first-hand while visiting Charlottetown with a themed reception or dinner at Founders’ Hall. It is the perfect setting while in the Birthplace of Confederation. Here are the benefits of hosting your reception/dinner at Founders’ Hall:

1. Founders’ Hall is all about Confederation - plus it’s fun & interactive! There’s no expense for theming – it’s already done for you – EASY!

2. We’ll close the site so your group has EXCLUSIVE USE. Set up food and drink stations throughout the exhibit ~ be creative! Delegates will receive headsets to experience Founders’ Hall if they choose – it’s included in the rental.

3. We can assist to enhance the Confederation theme with service staff in top hats, dress your President or Senior Management as Fathers or Ladies of Confederation, or let our own Confederation Players do customized toasts, meet & greets, etc.

4. The Delta Prince Edward is our preferred caterer and together we have hosted receptions for groups from 20 to 500. Other caterers welcome.

5. Your corporate logo or Convention Name can be prominently displayed on our Plasma Screens in the main gathering area.

6. Easy walking distance (3 minutes) from the Delta Prince Edward and The Great George… have a Confederation Player lead your group with a bagpipe procession! Or wouldn’t it be memorable to have the VIP party (of course dressed in period dress) lead the group in horse & carriage with the others following behind.

7. We can construct a tent along the side of the building to accommodate larger numbers for receptions and dinners. (additional costs apply)
